Orders Outside EU:
For orders shipped outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. You may not always be required to pay duties or import taxes, but we recommend checking your local customs regulations and thresholds before placing an order to avoid any surprises.
For selected countries, we offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping. Where available, all applicable duties and import taxes will be calculated and collected at checkout, so no additional customs charges will be due upon delivery
We are not liable for customs fees, customs delays, holding times, unclaimed parcels, or incorrect shipping information. If you refuse to pay applicable import duties or taxes for a non-DDP shipment and reject the parcel, any customs charges, return shipping costs, and other fees incurred will be deducted from your refund.

All duties and taxes are included in the final price at checkout and covered by us for orders within the EU.
